Originally from Uzbekistan, I moved to the UK in 2009 to pursue a master’s degree.

My professional career began at HSBC as a graduate trainee, and in 2013 I relocated to Sheffield after securing a role as a Business Analyst at the bank. Over the past decade, I have held various roles in business analysis and product ownership, working at HSBC, EY Management Consultancy and a blockchain start-up. I am currently employed as a Business Architect at Informa Group, where we develop digital platforms that enable specialist markets and industries to trade, innovate, and grow.

Alongside my corporate career, I have always had a strong passion for property—rooted in my childhood experience helping my father with construction projects back home, where he owned substantial land holdings.

In 2019, my wife and I launched our first property company in the UK, focusing on Serviced Accommodation (SA) in Sheffield. Despite the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, we persevered and expanded our portfolio, now managing six SA units across the city.

In 2023, we acquired our first HMO (House in Multiple Occupation) property in Sheffield through a below-market-value deal, working closely with the vendor to ensure a swift transaction. In March 2025, we purchased our second HMO in the highly sought-after Sharrow Vale area in Sheffield, completing the purchase in under eight weeks and securing favourable terms.

I am always on the lookout for attractive property deals and am open to working with landlords seeking to exit the market and looking for a quick sale. I also welcome collaboration with potential investors interested in maximising their returns through strategic property investments.
